Guido Ravaglia

Guido has been a partner at Statura since 2016.

He advises both corporate and individual clients on all aspects of international taxation. He has particular expertise in corporate reorganisations, the UK holding company regime and group tax planning. He also regularly assists overseas companies and entrepreneurs setting up in the UK.

Prior to joining Statura, Guido worked for a Big 4 accountancy firm and an American investment bank.

Guido is a qualified Chartered Accountant in both the UK and Italy. He holds a Masters in International Taxation from the University of London and a Masters in Tax Law from Bocconi University in Milan.
